BEST PAPER AWARD “DOMENICO GRIMALDI”
The Best Conference Paper Award is dedicated to the memory of Prof. Domenico Grimaldi, which belonged to the Technical Committee-37, and was always present in a very active way to the Measurements & Networking Symposium by its first edition, by contributing not only with papers and presentations but supporting with ideas and advice.
This award recognizes the outstanding paper presented at IEEE International Symposium on Measurements & Networking 2022.
The author of the awarded paper, and co-authors if any, will be entitled to:
– A signed and stamped official Award Certificate
– The announcement of their achievement on the conference webpage
BEST PAPER YOUNG AUTHOR AWARD
This award recognizes the outstanding paper presented at the IEEE International Symposium on
Measurements & Networking 2022, that meets the following criteria: the paper must be co-
authored and presented by a researcher younger than 35 years old.
The author of the awarded paper, and co-authors if any, will be entitled to:
– A signed and stamped official Award Certificate
– The announcement of their achievement on the conference webpage
BEST POSTER AWARD
This award recognizes the outstanding poster presented at the IEEE International Symposium on
Measurements & Networking 2022.
The author of the awarded paper, and co-authors if any, will be entitled to:
– A signed and stamped official Award Certificate
– The announcement of their achievement on the conference webpage
THE STANDARDIZATION PAPER AWARD
This award recognizes the paper presented at IEEE M&N with the most perspective contribution to the international standardization in the electrotechnical, electronic, and telecommunication field, with particular focus on:
– Wireless Internet of Things
– Mobile Communications
– Low-power Networking Solutions
The Standardization Paper Award is sponsored by CEI Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano.
The author of the awarded paper, and co-authors if any, will be entitled to:
1. A free one-year membership to one of CEI Technical Committees at winner’s choice, which includes participation to the standardization activities and download of CEI Magazine and all CEI and CEI EN standards issued during the membership period
2. A signed and stamped official Award Certificate
3. The announcement of their achievement on a special conference webpage.
The basis for Judging: A selection committee, which will include a delegate of CEI Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano, will be appointed by the IEEE M&N Program Chairs. Papers are judged based on the scientific relevance of the topic, technical merit, originality, potential impact on the field, clarity of the written paper, and quality of the conference presentation.
